What data I collect
- Information you submit via the contact form (name, email, organisation, message).
- Anonymous, aggregated analytics via Cloudflare Web Analytics — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no individual visitor profiles. IP addresses are not stored. No Google Analytics.
- Standard web server logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp) processed by Cloudflare (the hosting platform) and retained on their edge network for a short period — typically up to a week — for security and anti-abuse purposes.
How I use it
- Contact form submissions are used only to reply to your inquiry.
- Analytics are used to understand which pages are read and improve the site.
How long it's kept
Contact form submissions are retained as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting engagement. Server logs are managed by Cloudflare and discarded automatically within their retention window (a few days on the current plan tier).
Who sees it
No third-party advertisers. No data brokers. The hosting platform and email provider act as processors under GDPR.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete any personal data held about you by writing to me at /contact. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking cookies. Any session cookie used is strictly necessary for the page you are on to function.
